Hi! I'm Jon
A life long resident of Maryland with a passion for people, Jon has been helping clients with buying and selling homes for over 10 years.
Having worked in home lending at the start of his career, Jon knows the steps it takes to acquire financing for a home and how to best prepare, ensuring the process is streamlined, with as few obstacles as possible. In working with both buyers and sellers, Jon leverages his financing background to develop pricing strategies with his client that leave no unanswered questions on closing day. Considering no deal too daunting; negotiation and finding creative solutions are particular areas where Jon has proven invaluable for his clients.
Jon currently resides in Frederick and enjoys its combination of historic charm, as well as the forward thinking new age developments and considers it one of the greatest communities in Maryland. Prior to moving to Frederick, Jon lived in Montgomery County for over 20 years and is very familiar with the neighborhoods, local businesses and recreational activities.

Had the privilege of hearing Dr Lawrence Yun speak at today’s NAR convention & he spoke mainly to the commercial real estate market. While I won’t dive to much into that, what he said on inflation really hit home. With all of this “target rate” is still double the target. With elections on the horizon, we are destined for some cuts, but it could be because of political timing rather that working for those that elected officials. Both sides are guilty of these tactics and it’s annoying af.

Snowmobiling at 13000 ft, 1/2 dozen brewery’s visited, @meowwolfuniverse (holy shit, this place is crazy) @redrocksco amphitheater, Buffalo Bill’s grave, 1 speak easy & K2 go-carts as dessert.
