A life long resident of Maryland with a passion for people, Jon has been helping clients with buying and selling homes for over 10 years.
Having worked in home lending at the start of his career, Jon knows the steps it takes to acquire financing for a home and how to best prepare, ensuring the process is streamlined, with as few obstacles as possible. In working with both buyers and sellers, Jon leverages his financing background to develop pricing strategies with his client that leave no unanswered questions on closing day. Considering no deal too daunting; negotiation and finding creative solutions are particular areas where Jon has proven invaluable for his clients.
Jon currently resides in Frederick and enjoys its combination of historic charm, as well as the forward thinking new age developments and considers it one of the greatest communities in Maryland. Prior to moving to Frederick, Jon lived in Montgomery County for over 20 years and is very familiar with the neighborhoods, local businesses and recreational activities.
When not helping families buy or sell homes, you can find Jon sitting on a beach with friends and family or traveling to explore new places, meet new people, and find his next favorite food dish!
